Ella Roth is a Policy Associate with NASHP's Behavioral, Population, and Public Health team. She assists with leading NASHP's projects on Health and Housing, Reentry, Immunizations, and the HHS Leadership Peer Network. Prior to joining NASHP in 2021, she worked at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia PolicyLab. Her research focused on identifying Medicaid financing mechanisms to support community health workers, social needs screening, and closed-loop referral platforms. Ella graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, where she received a BA in Health & Societies with a concentration in Health Care Markets & Finance and a minor in Economics.
